Platform

A governed canonical catalog built from messy supplier reality.

One workflow for supplier ingestion, mapping, normalization, identity resolution, review, lineage, overrides and controlled publishing.

From source file to canonical product

Source ingestion & profiling

Manual files and configured inbound sources feed a profiling pipeline that fingerprints structure and prepares mappings.

Mapping & transformation

Map source fields to canonical targets, apply deterministic transformation rules, clone profiles and preserve mapping versions.

Normalization & identity

Normalize known values and resolve product identity using deterministic evidence such as GTIN or normalized brand + manufacturer part number.

Review workflow

Low-confidence mapping, unknown values, potential duplicates and other exceptions become review items with assignment and comments.

Canonical records & lineage

Products keep source values, provenance, selected-value state, supplier relationships and compatibility evidence alongside the canonical record.

Overrides & controlled change

Manual product and compatibility overrides are explicit. Versioning, locking and rollback safeguards protect later operations.

Quality control is part of the data model.

The platform does not treat normalization as a one-time spreadsheet cleanup. It stores the mappings, source priorities, review decisions and provenance needed to process the next delivery safely.

Exports and destinations without losing governance

Normalized catalog snapshots can be generated for download and, where configured, published through supported outbound destination adapters such as SFTP files and webhooks.
